Shermene has a decade of financial advisory experience in Holistic Financial Planning. She joined AIA Singapore as a fresh graduate and has then achieved numerous recognitions and awards from the company. Over the years, her dedication to her clients’ portfolio has transformed into a greater passion for agency building and mentorship. She is also a MDRT Leader, an achievement that not only recognises her own significant success in her advisory services but also her exceptional leadership skills.

Being a visionary and growth-oriented person, Shermene has a very clear and inspiring picture of what she wants to achieve for her agency and clients. Mr. France Zaguirre – COT Awardee

Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Philippines, he moved to Singapore at the age of 20 for internship. Thereafter, he joined the food and beverage industry and became the youngest operations manager in the team. After a couple of years, France learned what it takes to give people satisfaction and peace of mind, In September 2015, without much network nor friends he decided to join AIA Singapore. His decision to join the financial services industry was rooted in his passion for service. Since then, he has made a steady progress in the industry with multiple MDRT qualifications and Asia Pacific Financial Services Awards with a Court of the Table (COT) achievement in 2020.

France believes in paying to forward is currently one of AIA Singapore’s MDRT Ambassadors who is now a mentor to his aspiring MDRT mentees. In July 2020, he established a bubble tea company in the Philippines that has now grown to 19 outlets and providing livelihood to the underprivileged families. He is also an active volunteer and donor in various charitable organisations in Singapore as his way of giving back to the Singapore community. France is on a mission to make a difference in the Financial Services Industry by influencing financial professionals to carry out best business practices.
